Class Codes are used to group common employers so that the rate for each classification reflects the exposures common to those employers. The details provided in this search include applicable classification code rates and minimum premiums by effective and expiration date, status of the class code and code description/phraseology. All rate data in Class Code Lookup is updated with the annual rate filing approved by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI).

If you need more detailed information regarding the use of Class Codes, please see the WI Basic Manual.

Statistical Code (STAT code) information is not available in this Class Code Lookup application search feature.
