Pursuant to ch. 626, Wis. Stats., the State of Wisconsin, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has advised that the action taken by the Rating Committee has been approved for policies effective July 1, 1999, and after. This filing amends the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Statistical Plan eliminating the grouping of claims under $2,000 where indemnity is reported.
