Worker’s Compensation Act Classification and Rates

Pursuant to Chapter 626, Wis. Stats., the State of Wisconsin, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has advised that the action taken by the Rating Committee has been approved effective July 1, 1999, applicable to new and renewal business only. This filing amends Basic Manual Rule XII. D. to clarify that several Admiralty/FELA classification codes include the premium for U.S.L.&H. coverage.
